died of laughter

Still a favorite video that makes me miss my friend(s) who rode with me. I didnt trick, but I did love traffic beating.

My old beater I gave to a friend. Its laying down in clappy (classy/crappy) gold on a 85 Ross Touring bike (full on PA steel), a high 48/18 gear run, no brakes, bontager wheel set, armadillo tires, a taiwan gentry fork in black, green anodized 1/8” chain, a sanded down steel and rubber bontager seat, and bullet cranks. 

I spent money, and even more time weighing out the nuts and bolts, chiseling down excess metals off, to lighten the weight to a crisp 10 ilbs solid, and tempered it let it survive bus collisions and car bangs.

I miss this bike to death. My friend rides it, but still cant seem to tame it. I rode it and love it still. Me and that baby would go on dates from 11pm til 4am throughout downtown Chicago. That bike outlasted a few relationships.
